A small-scale Syracuse pilot art program will cover overlooked public infrastructure (utility boxes) with vibrant paintings. Local artists submitted box designs this summer for the “Unboxed: The Utility Box Art Project.” Three winning designs were selected through a community voting process arranged by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse.
