Syracuse.com will host the first debate between Central New York’s candidates for Congress at 7 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 1) at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Rep. Brandon Williams, R-Sennett, and state Sen. John Mannion, D-Geddes, will debate the issues at stake in the November election.
