SYARCUSE, N.Y. – Building on the success of last year’s inaugural event, the Syracuse Inner Harbor Fest returns for a second year for two days of camaraderie and charity. This year’s festival will support both Clear Path for Veterans and The Baldwin Fund, which is committed to funding breast cancer research.
