Central Square, N.Y. – An Oswego County student was charged Friday with making threats over social media to shoot up Paul V. Moore High School. State troopers were sent to the school in Central Square Friday morning after receiving a tip from the FBI, said Trooper Jennifer Jiron, a state police spokesperson.
