SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The last Saturday of September turned out to be a split weather day across Central New York. Locations near Syracuse, to the north, northeast and east enjoyed more blue sky and sunny conditions along with warmer temperatures in the 70s to near 80. Meanwhile locations near Syracuse, to the west, southwest, south and southeast were stuck under stubborn clouds, sprinkles and some occasional rain.
