Syracuse, N.Y. – A man who was paid $50 to assault a Syracuse man who was later held for days and tortured was sentenced Monday to 12 years in prison. Quincy Williams, 29, was found guilty of first-degree assault and first-degree robbery after a trial in July. Williams was paid to brutally beat and rob Koddie Beechner.
