Onondaga County pays highest price yet for last pieces of private land on Micron site in Clay

Syracuse, N.Y. — The last homeowners on the proposed Micron Technology factory site in the town of Clay have sold their land to Onondaga County. The county Industrial Development Agency last week paid just over $3 million for three parcels owned by the Serog Living Trust, according to county records. The parcels, at the north end of Burnet Road, total 22 acres.
