An American couple believe they’ve cracked the code to a long life , aiming for the ripe age of 150, and they’re not shy about sharing their longevity strategy with the world.
Kayla Barnes-Lentz, 33, and her husband Warren Lentz, 36, hailing from Cleveland, have been married for a year following a whirlwind nine-month romance. The pair are so smitten that they’re gunning for a future together until they’re 150, a goal they believe is within reach by “optimizing their mind and body.”
Their routine includes rising before the sun, alternating sessions in a hyperbaric chamber, dining at 5.30 pm sharp, and going to bed by 9 pm , they told The Guardian.
