SYRACUSE, N.Y. – It’s been nearly five years since Laura Hand retired from television news and she is not slowing down. Laura stopped by Today in Central New York Friday morning to give an update on her life. She signed off from NBC3 for the final time Oct. 12, 2019 after 47 years with the station.
