Activities suspended at second SU fraternity over hazing allegations

Syracuse University is investigating hazing allegations made against a second fraternity, a university official said in a statement to students, faculty and staff on Tuesday. After reviewing reports and evidence, SU on Tuesday issued an interim suspension to the Psi Upsilon fraternity, which suspends all activities there while an investigation is conducted, university Senior Vice President and Chief Student Experience Officer Allen Groves said. The conduct may have placed students at risk, and violate state law and university policies, he said.
