VIENNA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) – A Syracuse teenager was taken to the hospital over the weekend after an ATV accident in the town of Vienna. Oneida County Sheriffs responded to the accident on the C4C state trail between Hall and Widrig Roads at approximately 11:54 am on Saturday, November 2. Further investigation found that the victim – a 13-year-old juvenile from North Syracuse – was traveling eastbound on the C4C state trail.
