Cicero, NY – Guy Hart Jr.’s vision for a new, mostly upscale community built on the shores of Oneida Lake has nearly tripled in size. Hart, the local developer who is also proposing to remake the former Great Northern Mall, says he’s now aiming to build as many as 1,400 homes in and around Lakeshore Yacht & and Country Club.
