Syracuse, N.Y. – A man was shot in the arm and abdomen Thursday evening on Syracuse’s Near West Side, police said. The man was dropped off at Upstate University Hospital at about 6:10 p.m., according to a news release from the Syracuse Police Department. The man is in stable condition.
