Salina, NY — A restaurant that closed its doors in Cicero last March plans to open in The Residences at LeMoyne Manor.
The mixed-use development on the site of the former LeMoyne Manor was first proposed nearly five years ago. The project is located at 629 Old Liverpool Road in Salina. Some of the apartments overlook the lake.
