SALINA, N.Y. — Update 8:45 a.m.: The Onondaga Lake Parkway has reopened in both directions.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says the truck, operated by Casa Imports of Utica. The driver failed to observe the multiple signs warning of the low bridge and was issued five tickets for disobeying a traffic control device and one ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. No one was injured in the crash.
