SALINA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Around 6 a.m. on Friday, February 21, New York State Police responded to a hit-and-run crash call on the thruway, in the Town of Salina.
State Police say the crash involved four vehicles, including a tractor-trailer that left the scene.
“Troopers later located the tractor-trailer at the Seneca Service Area on the Thruway,” said NYSP.
Two people were taken to Upstate University Hospital. One with serious injuries and the other is listed in critical condition…
