CICERO — The Town of Cicero Police Department reported multiple arrests between Feb. 14 and Feb. 17, including charges related to assault, weapons possession, and larceny.
On Feb. 14, Joseph M. Kairis, 34, of Cicero, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony, and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor.
