Cicero, N.Y. — A helicopter and armored vehicle were used to apprehend an armed man who led deputies on a chase that shut down Interstate 81 in Cicero Friday night, deputies said.
At 7:17 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 6003 S. Salina St. in the town of Onondaga after someone was menaced with a gun during a domestic disturbance, said Deputy Doug Roser, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
