Double homicide victim remembered as vibrant, kind, warm and adventurous young boy

Syracuse, N.Y. — Jeremiah Huff, an 11-year-old boy killed in a double homicide in Syracuse, was a vibrant, kind, warm and adventurous young boy who lived life with a heart full of curiosity and a spirit of determination, according to his obituary.

Jeremiah was killed by his father, David M. Huff, 43, of Syracuse, on Monday night in a home at 128 Roney Road, Syracuse police said. Huff also killed his girlfriend, Yeraldith Tschudy, 32, of Rochester, police said.
