SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Interstate 481 southbound will be closed to traffic between Exit 1 (Brighton Avenue) and Interstate 81 northbound from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. beginning Monday, March 24.
The closure will run from Monday, March 24 through Saturday, April 5.
According to the NYSDOT, the closure is to facilitate retaining wall repairs as part of the Interstate 81 Viaduct Project.
