SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Department of Public Works will adjust the traffic signals at the intersection of South Geddes Street and West Onondaga Street as well as Grant Boulevard and Lemoyne Avenue.
They will be adjusted from a yellow and red flashing light to a full, three-color light beginning April 1.
