A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Monday at 2:09 a.m. for gusty showers until 3 a.m. for Wyoming, Cattaraugus, Allegany and Erie counties.
Residents may experience wind gusts of up to 50 mph.
“At 2:08 a.m., Doppler radar tracked gusty showers near Gowanda, or 18 miles northwest of Salamanca, moving northeast at 55 mph,” says the weather service. “Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.”…
