The Auburn Police Department arrested two dog owners on charges related to animal cruelty on April 2.
The Police Department said it charged Laura L. Hendrickson and Kenneth D. Sulger. They are facing a felony charge of aggravated cruelty to animals. They are also facing misdemeanor charges of overdriving, torturing and injuring animals, abandonment of animals and failing to provide proper food and drink to animals.
