Doomsday Pasta joins Salt City Market, making noodles ‘for the end of the world’

Syracuse, N.Y. — In its fifth year offering a variety of cuisines at various food stalls, the Salt City Market in downtown Syracuse found a new word to describe things in 2025.

“Stability,” said market coordinator Nicole Whyte. “That’s definitely the word of the moment.”
