UTICA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Three correction officers involved in the deadly beating of an inmate at the Marcy Correctional Facility have been allowed more time to decide on plea agreements. Nicolas Kieffer, Nicholas Anzalone and Nicholas Gentile separately appeared in court the morning of Tuesday, April 15.
