Brandon’s Bites: ‘Frittata Challenge’ at Mother’s Cupboard

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — When it comes to iconic Central New York food, perhaps no dish is more famous than Mother’s Cupboard’s “Frittata Challenge.”

Co-owner Amy Easton says the giant frittata breakfast weighs a whopping six pounds and consists of pepperoni, sausage, eggs, broccoli, red & green peppers, onions, and lots of potatoes.

It all comes with 4 bread ends that are served on top. The famous frittata is one of the biggest foods in Syracuse, even achieving national fame after it was featured on the show “Man vs. Food” in 2012…
