SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The tragic killing of a Syracuse 6th Grader in 2018, James Springer III, is now being dealt a new twist with an Appellate Court ruling on Friday, April 25, that grants one of the suspects a new trial and tosses out his murder conviction.
