State Police are investigating a two-car crash Saturday afternoon that left one person dead and several others injured in the town of Pompey.
Troopers responded to the intersection of Sweet Road and Broadfield Road around 3:29 p.m., where four victims were transported by ambulance to Upstate Hospital. One victim was pronounced dead at the hospital, and another remains in critical condition. Two additional victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The New York State Police Investigators and the Collision Reconstruction Unit are currently examining the cause of the crash. Authorities said more information will be provided later…
