SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office announced on Thursday that a man who shot and killed a person in a road rage incident near Armory Square on the afternoon of April 23 will not face charges.
The District Attorney’s Office said a grand jury determined that charges against the shooter, a 43-year-old man, “were not appropriate.” The office did not release the shooter’s name due to “ongoing credible threats.” The nature of those threats was not revealed.
