Syracuse, N.Y. – M3 Innovation, the second sports lighting company founded by Syracuse entrepreneur Joe Casper, has been acquired by Acuity Inc., North America’s largest lighting company.
Atlanta-based Acuity announced on Thursday it has acquired M3, which was founded in 2019 by Casper and Chris Nolan. Terms of the acquisition were not released.
Acuity said the Syracuse startup is now part of the Acuity Brands Lighting business portfolio. Its products will be sold through Acuity’s Lithonia Lighting and Holophane brands…
