SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Tim Williams bought and fixed up a house on Fitch Street about a year and a half ago, during which time four bullets hit the house and a fifth hit his tenant’s car.
“The property I couldn’t care less about,” Williams said. “But the body’s inside are human. I don’t want them hurt, I can replace this siding, but I can’t replace their lives. Something needs to stop.”
In the most recent incident, two bullets went through the house. The first went into the downstairs tenant’s room, and the second hit the upstairs tenant’s headboard while he was sleeping.
