An Auburn man has pleaded guilty to a brutal 2024 attack in which he set a woman on fire using nail polish remover, according to The Citizen . Mathew Mosher, 51, entered the plea Thursday in Cayuga County Court and faces up to 15 years in prison.
Prosecutors said Mosher poured the flammable liquid on the woman and ignited it, causing burns to her legs. He also pleaded guilty to a separate aggravated family offense involving a different victim.
