Syracuse, N.Y. — A restaurant like Colucci opening in this day and age seems almost anachronistic.
There is no shortage of Italian-American restaurants in Central New York, and its short menu of appetizers, pasta and a few meat dishes isn’t exactly groundbreaking. At a time when the cuisines served in restaurants around Syracuse are as diverse as ever, Colucci is something of a throwback.
The new Westcott arrival, located in the former home of Loded and Beer Belly Deli, is open for dinner, but for the best deal, get there early — or late.
