Search every campaign contribution in race for Syracuse mayor

Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse will elect a new mayor this year and the three Democratic candidates vying for the seat are bringing in hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions combined.

The Democratic candidates filed their latest financial reports Friday, about a month before the June 24 primary. That primary is critical, given the city’s high Democratic enrollment.

Sharon Owens, the city’s current deputy mayor, has raised the most so far: more than $200,000. Common Councilor Pat Hogan is second with over $124,000 raised and Common Councilor Chol Majok is third with about $43,000 raised…
