SYRACUSE, N.Y. — An Ohio man was who was set to be sentenced on Wednesday for breaking into a North Syracuse home in June 2022 may be facing additional charges.
Malik Shabazz and two other men were arrested and charged for breaking into the home on Chestnut Street. Deputies with the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office found a female with her hands tied behind her back and suffering from a minor head injury. Shabazz was 18-years-old when he was arrested.
