Man sentenced for ‘nonsensical’ attempted murder of brother in Clay

Clay, N.Y. — A 19-year-old man was sentenced to prison Friday for the attempted murder of his brother.

“This was nonsensical,” Judge Gordon Cuffy said during sentencing. “This was a minor argument that turned into gunfire.”
