Syracuse, N.Y. — A man on Monday threatened to bomb and shoot people at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital, police said.
The same man in April threatened a mass shooting at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, police said. He also in 2017 was accused of falsely reporting active shootings and other emergencies, according to Syracuse.com archives.
