Aurelius, N.Y. – A 10-year-old girl was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse following an ATV crash in Cayuga County Tuesday, police said.
The ATV flipped over while making a turn at about 5 p.m. on Pinkney Road in Aurelius, according to Cayuga County Sherriff’s Office Undersheriff Stuart Peenstra.
