A Syracuse man was arrested Tuesday morning after Village of Bath Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and discovered the driver’s license was suspended.
Jesus Ponce, 69, was taken into custody around 6:40 a.m. on June 4 following a traffic stop on West Morris Street. Officers determined that Ponce’s New York State driver’s license had been suspended, leading to his arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a Class E felony.
Ponce, who police say is a three-time convicted felon, was processed and transported to Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment. He was remanded without the opportunity for bail…
