SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse’s Light a Candle returns for a great reading opportunity for young students.
The Light a Candle for Literacy Parade and Festival, made an early return this year, taking place in June instead of its usual September date. The parade marched down South Salina Street on Jun. 7, marking the start of the annual book festival at Brighton Academy.
