SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Part of NewsChannel 9’s Fugitive of the Week, the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is putting you “On the Lookout” for 48-year-old Frank Bacon.
Bacon is a white man, approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 230 lbs. He has a medium build, blonde hair, and blue eyes.
