Fenner, N.Y. — A man found on the side of the road in Madison County Monday died of self-inflicted wounds, officials said.
The man who died was Matthew Tysco, 45, of Chittenango, according to Samantha Field, a spokesperson for Madison County. He died from self-inflicted injuries, Field said.
