AUBURN, N.Y. — The Auburn Police Department arrested an accused rapist after a patrol officer saw him walking on the street on June 26.
The Police Department said it charged Donald Clark,47, of Cottage Street in Auburn, with four counts of rape in the second degree, sexual conduct against a child (less than 13) and criminal sex act in the second degree. All of the charges are felonies. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
The department said an officer saw Clarke, who was known to have an indictment for his arrest, walking on Washington Street. He was taken into custody without incident…
