SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– One of comedy’s biggest stars came to Syracuse Sunday, June 29, 2025. Kevin Hart performed at Upstate Medical Arena at The Oncenter War Memorial in downtown Syracuse.
With such a big celebrity name, local pub Ale ‘n’ Angus opened their doors to the public for some pre-show drinks and meals. Their pub is conveniently right around the corner from the show. They’re typically closed on Sundays, but they do open for special events.
Owner of Ale ‘n’ Angus Pub, Matt Beach, says “We’re a very event-driven location and for 20 plus years we’ve been closed on Sundays, but we do open for major events, obviously Kevin Hart’s in town, sold-out crowd, he’s been here once before, we did extremely well, the staff gets hours, money in their pocket, it’s perfect.”…
