But after 25 years behind in the kitchen at Nestico’s Restaurant in North Syracuse, Peter Nestico is handing over the keys. And not to just anyone.
Marty Richardson, a longtime restaurateur and Peter’s handpicked successor, will take over the cozy, old-school Italian spot at 415 N. Main St. by the end of the year. The entire staff is staying. The vibe will stay mostly the same. But there will be brunch. There will be tweaks. And there will be new energy…
