Man hospitalized after stabbing incident in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a stabbing incident at Western Lights Plaza in Syracuse on Tuesday, July 1.

Deputies responded to a 911 call at approximately 5:00 p.m. on July 1, reporting a man with a knife at Western Lights Plaza on Onondaga Blvd. Deputies arriving at the scene found a male individual in the parking lot experiencing a crisis and suffering from a stab wound to the arm.

The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital for treatment, and his injuries are not considered life-threatening…
