Police: Suspect breaks into home through window while residents sleep

AUBURN, N.Y. — The Auburn Police Department announced a burglary arrest on Wednesday.

The Police Department charged Tyler S. Bovee with burglary in the second degree, a felony. He is also facing misdemeanor charges of petit larceny and criminal mischief. Police did not provide an age or a residency for Bovee.

Police said Bovee entered a home through its window on Wilbur Avenue around 4:45 a.m. on June 30 when its residents were asleep and stole items…
