SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Authorities are urging caution for those considering getting behind the wheel after consuming alcohol, even if they believe they are under the legal limit.
The legal blood alcohol concentration limit is 0.08%, but police emphasize that drivers can still be pulled over if they appear impaired.
