FABIUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — As you drive through the scenic hills of Fabius, you will often pass a tractor on the road and farmers working the land beside you. Farming is a 365-day-a-year operation, and as one farmer said, there are no off days for the cows.
North Hill Farm and Neider Farm Dairy have been in the Neider family since the 1950s and were primarily run by George Neider.
“He really loves his cows. I don’t think he can imagine doing anything else with his life. He loves what he does,” George’s wife, Maggie, said.
