Cicero, NY -A large used-car dealership in Cicero that closed two years ago is on track to become home to an RV business.
The Cicero Planning Board last month gave the green light to a new operation: Wilkins Recreational Vehicles. The company plans to offer sales and service at its dealership, according to Cicero officials.
